Downtown Duluth’s Outreach Program serves both the unsheltered community and the business community. The position was funded by ARPA grant dollars and those will be expiring later this year. We are tirelessly seeking additional funding opportunities to retain this important position.

Many of you know our Outreach Specialist, Nathan Kesti. 

Since he started in November of 2022, Nathan has accumulated some significant statistics: 95 people have moved off the street and into stable housing. 80 people have agreed to accept treatment. Beyond that, he has been a resource in helping 38 people find employment. Downtown businesses call on these services daily.

Due to its overwhelming need and success, we are looking to continue the program, but need your help. Many businesses have approached us, asking how they can help, so we are offering this opportunity to support our golf event or provide a direct donation.

Together, we can continue to make a difference in our downtown.
